At EZ Car Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
